First rule of film photography

Today I learned the first rule of film photography.

Rule 1: Make sure there is film in your camera.
Corollary: If it takes less effort to wind the film in your camera than usual, see rule 1.

    I would propose that rule #2 is:

    Ensure that the film is properly loaded.

    My excellent, non-existent photos of the Rocky Mountains are the reason I shoot digital today. :)
